How we work

Initiation phase
Every project starts with a 30 mins call to identify your needs and expectations from the design project, as well as to find out if we are the right fit for you. All going well a paid consultation for up to 2 hours in your property will follow. This will enable us to fully understand your goals, requirements, budget and scope of the project. We will then introduce you to our design process, concluding with our design fee proposal. Once this is approved the work starts.

Design phase
We start creating a design concept using images, plans, elevations, a curated colour palette and a comprehensive product list selection. This will help you visualise the proposed look and feel of your home. We will discuss every aspect of the interior design with you, to get your feedback and adjust any elements, if necessary. Once you are happy, the final design will be signed off.

Execution phase
This is when your project becomes a reality. Working closely with your onsite team, we procure all elements of the interior design, from construction phase through to the final finishes. This is the time when we place orders, plan deliveries, visit suppliers and the site regularly to ensure everything runs smoothly, taking care of the general project oversight. We then arrange all the furniture and dress your home up to the smallest detail.
